Refund/Credit Policy
Thank you for choosing to learn with Alegria Latin Dance. We are committed to providing high-quality classes to our students and strive to ensure their satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and a refund or credit may be necessary.

Refund/Credit Policy:

Make-up Classes: We do not offer make-up classes for missed classes, except in cases where we cancel a class.
Refunds on Missed Classes: We do not provide refunds on missed classes.
Cancellation by Students within the First Two Weeks: If a student decides to cancel their registration within the first two weeks of the course, we will provide a refund or a course credit for the remaining weeks of the course, minus the number of weeks already completed.
Cancellation by Students from Week Three onwards: If a student decides to cancel their registration from week three onwards, we will provide a 50% refund or a course credit for the remaining weeks of the course, minus the number of weeks already completed.

Lack of Contact during the Term: Alegria Latin Dance does not offer refunds or credits to students who have not attended any classes or made contact with Alegria Latin Dance during that term.
Please note that all requests for refunds or course credits must be made in writing and sent to info@alegrialatindance.co.nz. We will process all requests within 10 business days.
