Salsa (Open)

Our Salsa Open (on-1) course is designed for students who have completed the Salsa Improver course and have a sound understanding of Salsa foundations. This course builds further on these foundations, incorporating various turn patterns that can be used on the social dance floor.

The aim of this course is to develop confidence in 'mixing and matching' various movement patterns to broaden the lead's social repertoire. It also aims to develop the follow's ability to understand and effortlessly follow specific leads for a variety of movements rather than 'knowing' a set sequence of turn patterns.
